The location Ewald captivates with its industry historical pits and the involvement into the Landschaftspark Hoheward. With the direct connection to the motorways A2, A42 and 43 “Ewald” has an excellent infrastructure. The competence centre is developing here. About nine hectare of free industrial free estate, especially for technology-oriented companies are available after a numerous of successful settlements.
On the formerly pit Ewald a healthy mixed use of top quality service, business and manufacturing-companies as a best address for the northern Ruhr area is planned and in many sectors realized yet.
Seven years of planning and structural preliminaries within a 60 ha huge planning area of an about 80 pitch (52 ha) extensive gross area of developed sites, more than 40 ha high quality arose as development areas for various wishes of settlement.
